Mukhin Alexey Alekseevich

     Alexey Mukhin was born on the 14 ^th of February, 1971 in Moscow in family of employees. Russian. In 1988 has finished high school in Zhukovsky town of the Moscow region. In 1988-1995 has finished Historical - Archival Institute (since 1991 - the Russian State Humanitarian University) on a speciality of "historian-archivist". Has specialized on chairs of Domestic history of different periods.

     In 1988-1989 worked as the librarian in library of trade-union committee of the Central Aerohydrodynamical institute in Zhukovsky town of Moscow oblast. At the same time he studied on evening branch of faculty of archival business in N.Pokrovsky's Moscow State Historical-Archival Institute. In 1989-1991 served in the ranks of Armed Forces of the USSR, has transferred in the reserve in a rank of "sergeant major", last post - the deputy commander of a platoon. After service in the army he was moved on day time branch of faculty of archival business of Moscow State Historical-Archival Institute.

     Since May, 1992 till January, 1996 he worked in "Panorama" information-research centre on a post of the research worker. In January, 1996 in structure of group of experts he has organized the Service of political information and consultations - the Center (SPIC-Center), the independent research organization - information agency and became its executive director (later - director), not interrupting scientific researches.

     Since January, 1997, he is a General Director of the Center of political information (Moscow). www.polit-info.ru. He is an author of more than 300 scientific works, including - monographs in the field of political sciences and history of Fatherland.

     In 2002 he issued the Internet-magazine "Facts, Events, Comments" as the editor-in-chief.

     Since December, 1998 he is a scientific consultant of the Publishing house "Avanta+". Since 1994 he was a part of founders of "Krasniye Vorota" Moscow Aikido School; since 1997 - the deputy of General Director of the Center of study of culture of people of the Far East. Since 2003 - vice-president of "Ren Wa Kai" Aikido Federation, co-founder of the Federation. The 4rd Dan Aikido. Since 2005 - the senior instructor of "Ren Wa Kai" Moscow Aikido Club.

     Since January 1996 till May, 1998 he was a lecturer of east philosophy and practice of Aikido in experimental lyceum "Lomonosov" (Zhukovsky, Moscow oblast).

     Since 2000 he is a member of Association of historians of special services. Since September 2004 till September, 2005 was a lecturer in Russian State Social University.

     Since 2005 he is a member of Executive Committee of Aikikai Aikido Federation of Russia (president - S.V.Kirienko).
